This felt cones is made from 100% thick wool and has been very lightly stiffened to help in the blocking process. Good quality mid range wool felt cone, ideally suited to making small hats, crowns and fascinators. Finished with a mid level stiffening, enough to hold shape when steam is introduced and soft enough not to be too hard after blocking.
